I am an active and family-oriented woman living in Järfälla. In my daily life, I lead a rich life with my family, but due to a physical disability, I need support in many different situations. This can involve personal care, household management, taking me on errands, participating in pool training, or sometimes accompanying me on trips. I am now looking for a new personal assistant who wants to be part of my small, close-knit team.

Who am I looking for?

I am looking for a non-smoking woman aged approximately 30-55 years who is secure, mature, and stable in herself. You have life experience, take responsibility, and face everyday challenges with a calm and positive attitude. You are both mentally strong and physically resilient, have an easy way of showing care, and can prioritize the user's needs. If you also enjoy cooking or are skilled in hair and styling, I see that as a big plus.

To thrive in the role, you need to:

• Be comfortable with close work and able to assist with all aspects of daily life, including personal care.
• Avoid strong perfumes, have short nails, and maintain good hand hygiene.
• Have good physical fitness, as manual transfers occur and some environments are not fully accessible.
• Be comfortable in water - I train regularly in the pool and you will sometimes assist in the water (up to shoulder height).
• Be able to speak and understand English well, as the introduction will be in English.
• Have a valid residence and work permit if you are not a Swedish citizen.

About the job

The position comprises approximately 20 hours per week and may include day, evening, and night shifts as well as extra work as needed. We are a small team that helps each other in case of illness and leave. Continuity is very important to me, and I hope you see this as a long-term assignment.
